Winery

Our winery is located on Scaramella Street, in Russell, Maipu. It features crushing areas, fermentation and storage rooms, and holding capacity for over 497,000 liters of wine — considering the stainless steel tanks, the underground concrete tanks and the barrel storage room. Our winery is fully equipped with temperature control, that allows for a careful handling during the fermentation, storage and aging processes.

Each area of our winery is in fine tune with our philosophy and family values, that serve as the driving force of our project: simplicity and a true respect for life and the surroundings. With this in mind, we strive to appeal directly to all five senses, and reflect this exhilarating experience in our wines.
